[SPOTV News=Kim Won-gyeom] K-pop group BabyMonster has announced a significantly expanded second world tour.

On the 11th, YG Entertainment posted a poster on its official blog announcing the 2026–27 BabyMonster World Tour, "CHOOM," in Asia and Oceania. The poster lays out the tour schedule that follows the group’s planned stops in Seoul and Japan.

The group will visit eight Asian cities — Manila, Macau, Jakarta, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Taipei, Singapore and Hong Kong — and three cities in Oceania — Auckland, Melbourne and Sydney. Including Seoul and six previously announced Japanese dates (Kobe, Fukuoka, Yokohama, Chiba, Nagoya and Osaka), the confirmed itinerary now spans 18 cities and 27 shows.

Significantly, the Osaka concert is booked for Kyocera Dome, one of Japan’s five major domed stadiums. It will be BabyMonster’s first dome performance roughly two years and five months after their debut, a milestone that underlines the group’s rapid rise and growing global presence. Their first-ever visit to Oceania is also expected to draw an enthusiastic response from local fans.

Last year’s debut world tour, Hello Monsters, attracted about 300,000 attendees across 20 cities and 32 shows. With this expanded schedule, BabyMonster looks poised to further solidify its standing as a next-generation global girl group.

YG said the tour spans five continents and that artists and staff are devoting meticulous effort to deliver a high-quality production. The company also asked fans to look forward to forthcoming dates in Europe, North America and South America.

On the 4th, BabyMonster released their third mini-album, CHOOM. The album topped iTunes album charts in 19 regions and reached No. 1 on the worldwide album chart. The title track’s music video became YouTube’s most-viewed video within 24 hours of release and has continued to climb, approaching 65 million views.
