Sublime issued an official apology after neighbors filed complaints about renovation work in Pyeongchang-dong. The agency said it has resolved parking disruptions, completed neighborhood cleanup, communicated with residents, and carried out corrective measures. It added that it will closely monitor the remainder of the construction until the work is finished.
