[Herald Economy reporter Jeong Chan-su] Handsome is hosting a showcase for the fitness-wear label NikeSKIMS from May 14 to 28 at its Seongsu-dong flagship store, EQL GROVE.NikeSKIMS launched last year as a collaboration between Nike and SKIMS, the brand known for silhouettes that flatter a wide range of body types. The showcase will feature roughly 100 pieces from the 2026 Summer Studio Edition — think T-shirts, sneakers, and crop tops — all designed with lightweight fabrics and stretchy, body-hugging fits that work for both workouts and everyday wear.
There are also curated events on the schedule. From May 16 to 19, the second-floor outdoor terrace will host "Private Workout Session," an intimate Pilates class led by Nike trainer Kim Joo-hyun, director of Plecto Studio. Through May 20, a NikeSKIMS-themed photo booth will operate as a Photo Studio for visitors. At the Refresh Bar, verified EQL members will receive a smoothie, and customers who add EQL’s KakaoTalk channel will be given a madeleine.
Starting with this showcase, Handsome plans to sell NikeSKIMS items in a shop-in-shop at EQL GROVE through October. A Handsome spokesperson said, "We will continue to introduce a variety of rising brands preferred by MZ (Millennial and Gen Z) customers."
