[SPOTV News = Reporter Kim Won-gyeom] Singer Lee Do-jin posted behind-the-scenes photos that capture the warm teamwork on MBN’s 'Unknown Legend.'
On the 18th, Lee shared a series of dressing-room photos on his social media account showing the Simkuwoongdan team, which was formed during Episode 8’s third national song contest.
In the broadcast, Lee performed a first-round team medley with Moon Eun-seok, Kim Tae-woong, Son Eun-seol and Kim Han-yul. Aside from Lee and Moon, the rest of the group are children, and rehearsals unfolded in a naturally bright, relaxed atmosphere.
Despite the wide age gap, Lee stepped into an elder-brother role: he approached the kids on their level, looked after them attentively and helped hold the team together. Cast and crew said he eased nerves and guided the mood on set, acting as a reliable protector.
The finished performance, built on that warm teamwork, brimmed with upbeat, cheerful energy and left a strong impression on viewers.
The released photos reflect that dressing-room atmosphere. The children leaned on Lee without reserve and struck playful poses for the camera, while Lee’s broad smile blended seamlessly with them, prompting smiles from anyone who saw the images.
Three years ago, Lee was diagnosed with hearing loss and vocal nodules; his recovery and return to 'Unknown Legend' add an extra layer of emotion to his presence on the show. With sincerity onstage and warmth off it, audiences are eager to see what stories and performances he will deliver next.
