The program is designed to deliver relief supplies immediately to disaster victims via Rocket Delivery.

Coupang will maintain 2,500 emergency relief kits at its Sejong Fulfillment Center. Sejong serves as a logistics hub that connects to major regions across the country, enabling rapid shipment of supplies to disaster sites nationwide, including the Yeongnam (southeast) and Honam (southwest) regions. Each relief kit contains 10 items: a living box, a quilted blanket, a pillow, towels, socks, compressed wet wipes, toothpaste, a toothbrush, a soap/toiletry pouch, and a foldable tri‑fold mattress. The program even includes tri‑fold mattresses and bedding—items that were previously difficult to provide because of their size and shipping constraints. After delivery, Peace Winds Korea, a disaster‑relief organization, will pick up the supplies on site and distribute them to evacuees at temporary shelters.

Acting CEO Harold Rogers visited the Sejong Fulfillment Center the day before to inspect the condition of the relief boxes and to review loading and outbound logistics. He toured tents set up to simulate evacuee shelters and met with volunteers working at disaster sites. Rogers said, "We will apply the Rocket Delivery system we've built for customer service to emergency disaster relief, fulfilling our social responsibility."
