Sayuri opened up about her feelings for her son, Zen.
In a YouTube episode of '짠한형 신동엽' released on the afternoon of March 30, broadcaster Sayuri and comedian Kim Kyung-wook sat down with hosts Shin Dong-yeop and Jeong Ho-cheol.
During the conversation, Shin Dong-yeop asked, "Isn't he so cute now?" Sayuri smiled and replied, "He's so adorable. He's five years old. He's just so cute."
She admitted frankly, "It's like an extreme one-sided love. It's so hard, but I love him so much. It's painful—I sometimes don't want to look at him. And yet I love him so much." Shin Dong-yeop responded, "It will keep being hard. But the love is so big; the good far outweighs the pain."
She went on, "I get scared. He's so precious that I worry, 'What if something happens? What if he gets into an accident?'" Shin Dong-yeop sympathized and offered reassurance: "I know. But he'll be okay. He'll grow up well on his own."
