On April 19 at 7:00 p.m. local time, Suwon Samsung’s legends took the field against OGFC in the exhibition billed as OGFC: THE LEGENDS ARE BACK at Suwon World Cup Stadium.
Suwon’s starting lineup featured Lee Woon-jae, Shin Se-gye, Kwak Hee-ju, Yang Sang-min, Cho Won-hee, Song Chong-guk, Kim Doo-hyun, Lee Kwan-woo, Yeom Ki-hoon, Santos and Denis. Mato, Lee Byung-geun, Kim Jin-woo, Seo Jung-won and Ko Jong-su were named to the bench.
OGFC opened with Edwin van der Sar, Patrice Evra, Rio Ferdinand, Dimitar Berbatov, Ryan Giggs, Alan Smith, Nemanja Vidić, Fábio da Silva, Rafael da Silva, Antonio Valencia and Darren Gibson. Anderson, Louis Saha, Park Ji-sung, John O'Shea and Mikaël Silvestre were available as substitutes.

In the seventh minute, Santos latched onto a through ball from Denis and ripped a left-footed shot from the left side of the penalty area into the net.
Santos’ strike put Suwon ahead, and the Legends took a 1-0 lead into halftime.
