[Sports Today reporter Kang Tae-gu] Wolves, without Hwang Hee-chan, were held to a 2-2 draw by Brentford.

Wolves played out a 2-2 draw with Brentford on March 17 (Korean time) at the Gtech Community Stadium in a Round 30 fixture of the 2025–26 Premier League season.

The result extended Wolves' unbeaten run to three matches (2 wins, 1 draw). They remain bottom of the table with a 3-8-20 record (17 points), but they cut the gap to 17th-place Nottingham Forest (29 points) to 12 points.

Hwang was listed among the substitutes but did not come on.

He found the net in the FA Cup on March 8 — his first goal in a month — but he has yet to return to league action. He has been on the bench since the Round 29 trip to Liverpool.

This season Hwang has three goals and three assists in 25 appearances across all competitions.

Wolves fell behind after Kayode scored in the 22nd minute and Thiago added a second in the 37th, but Armstrong pulled one back in first-half stoppage time (44') to shift the momentum.

Trailing 1-2 at halftime, Wolves brought on Tolu Arokodare in the 74th minute, and it paid off — Arokodare leveled the score four minutes later.

Neither side found a winner after that, and the match finished 2-2.
