The ceremony will crown the season’s domestic and foreign MVPs and name the Rookie of the Year for 2025-2026. Individual honors — including the All-KBL First Team (Best Five), Defensive Player of the Year, Sixth Man, and Most Improved Player — will also be announced.
Team awards for the regular-season champion through third place will be presented, alongside statistical titles in six categories: scoring, 3-pointers, rebounds, assists, blocks and steals. The Sejong Sports Orthopedic Clinic PLAY OF THE SEASON, honoring the season’s top highlight, and the Pocari Sweat Popularity Award — decided 100% by fan votes — will also be revealed.
The league will again recognize club front offices in its second annual awards for team management. Using metrics such as average attendance, average ticket revenue and the paid-attendance ratio, KBL will present the Ticketlink Award to the club with standout marketing performance, and the Hansol Home Region Award to the club that excelled in local marketing and community outreach.
Fans will be honored as well. Fan Awards will go to the most frequent stadium attendee and to supporters with high engagement on the KBL integrated website and app. The highest bidder for Busan KCC guard Heo Hoon’s jersey at last season’s All-Star uniform auction will receive the Sharing Love Award.
The ceremony will be broadcast live on tvN SPORTS and TVING, hosted by caster Jeong Yong-gum and announcer Oh Hyo-joo. The pre-show will stream on the YouTube channel "KBL TV."
