In Episode 6 of JTBC’s weekend drama Efficient Encounters of Singles, airing at 10:30 p.m. on the 15th, Song Tae-seop (Park Sung-hoon) unveils a carefully planned, three-part date designed solely for Lee Eui-young (Han Ji-min).
Until now, Song hasn’t had a proper one-on-one with Lee. Their blind-date introduction fizzled after he made offhand remarks about marriage, and subsequent meetings were often interrupted by others or framed as business encounters.
Determined to secure a real date, Song finally works up the nerve to ask her out. Lee accepts, clearly excited, setting the stage for their first formal outing. The two have been flirting but haven’t defined their relationship, so audiences are left wondering whether this date will mark a turning point.
