On April 8, Ham uploaded a video to her social media with the caption, "Arrived at the hospital. Here for a check-up. 50.8kg." The clip shows her stepping onto a scale to confirm her weight. At 50.8 kg (about 112 lb) and 172 cm (about 5 ft 7.7 in), she continues to maintain a notably slim silhouette.
Fans have praised her disciplined routine. She has consistently stayed in the 50-kg range (about 110–130 lb), a level of consistency that has impressed followers.
Ham married Jin-hwa, who is 18 years her junior, in 2018; the couple divorced in 2022. Since then, they have maintained a relationship for the sake of their daughter, Hye-jung, alternating between living together and living apart.
A recent broadcast captured Jin-hwa kneeling and apologizing while expressing a desire to reconcile. Ham described the chance of getting back together as about 49% and said she is approaching the situation cautiously.
Ham has reportedly wrapped up her life in Vietnam and returned to South Korea to prepare her daughter for elementary school.
