Kim Hye-seong (Los Angeles Dodgers) notched another hit at Triple-A.
Starting as the leadoff hitter and second baseman for the Dodgers’ Triple-A affiliate, the Oklahoma City Comets, Kim went 1-for-5 and scored in a 2026 Triple-A game against the Las Vegas Aviators at Las Vegas Ballpark on the 2nd (Korea time).
After drawing two walks but no hits in the previous game, Kim produced a hit a day later. His season average climbed to .364 (8-for-22).
Against Las Vegas starter Zhuang Chen-Zhong Ao, Kim grounded out to first in the first inning and to third in the second. He led off the top of the fifth with a hard line-drive single to right field.
He later advanced to third on a walk and a subsequent hit, then scored when Ryan Ward drew a bases-loaded walk with one out.
Kim was retired on groundouts in his next two plate appearances.
