Changwon LG snapped a seven-game home skid against their nemesis Seoul SK and trimmed their regular-season magic number to '2'.

LG beat SK 67-55 on the 29th at Changwon Gymnasium in a 2025-26 LG Electronics Pro Basketball League home game.

Riding a four-game winning streak, the league-leading LG improved to 35-15. With four regular-season games remaining, they pushed their lead over second-place Anyang Jeonggwanjang (32-18) to three games and set the magic number at 2.

LG also ended a seven-game home losing streak to SK that dated back to December 2023.

SK dropped to 31-19 and now sits one game behind second-place Jeonggwanjang.

Assem Marei recorded a double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds for LG, while Yu Gi-sang knocked down five 3-pointers and finished with 19 points.

LG bottled up Wony inside all game. Early in the fourth quarter, Yang Hong-seok scored five straight points to push the lead to 57-45 and seize control. Yu put the game away with a 3-pointer with 1:48 remaining.

In Daegu, visiting Busan KCC edged Daegu Korea Gas Corporation 87-80.

At Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium, Suwon KT defeated Seoul Samsung 83-78.

The seventh-place KT notched its second straight win to move to 25-26, closing to within one game of sixth-place KCC (26-25) and keeping its postseason hopes alive.

KT also holds a commanding 5-1 season-series edge over Samsung.

Replacement foreign player Jonathan Williams led both teams with 22 points for KT.

Samsung’s two-game winning streak ended; they fell to 15-36 and remain tied for ninth with Daegu Korea Gas Corporation.
