Police arrested a man in his 30s who, while intoxicated, accosted middle school students and later wandered shirtless through nearby shops and an apartment complex.
The Busan Haeundae Police said on April 12 they are investigating A, a man in his 30s, on charges including assault and trespassing.
According to police, on the 9th at about 11:41 a.m., A, heavily intoxicated, grabbed three male students at a middle school in Busan’s Haeundae District and interlocked his arms with them while behaving disorderly.
Officers who responded to the report located A and, after consulting with school officials, arranged for him to be sent home.
However, he did not return home. Around 1:38 p.m. the same day, shirtless, he wandered through shops and an apartment complex near the school and was arrested at the scene.
Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances and are questioning A.
