On May 6, soprano Sumi Jo posed for reporters at a press conference marking the 40th anniversary of her international debut, held at the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas in Gangnam, Seoul.
Sumi Jo, who made her international debut at Italy's Teatro Verdi in 1986, is marking the milestone with the release of a special album, CONTINUUM. She plans to follow the release with a nationwide tour and the second Sumi Jo International Vocal Competition. May 6, 2026.
