AKMU’s Lee Su-hyun shared an update on her diet.
On the 6th, Lee posted a video to her personal social media account of herself dancing. The clip was captioned "Dancing machine Meong Coach." A subtitle in the video read, "When we don't want to exercise, we dance," which drew attention.
In the clip, Lee performs choreography outdoors to the music. She recently revealed she is dieting and looked healthier on camera than she had previously.
Earlier, Lee appeared on tvN's You Quiz on the Block, where she reflected on a past slump. She said binge eating had led to rapid weight gain and described the psychological pressure that followed.
Lee Chan-hyuk said he was worried as he watched his sister change, and he added that he supported her in getting back to a healthier lifestyle.
