Unlocking Premium Car Care: B1 Bullson and CAPOS Join Forces for Enhanced Services

Premium car-care specialist B1 Bullsone Car Care said it has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Korea Automobile Professional Maintenance Business Association Federation (KAPOS) to diversify into total car-care services by integrating vehicle repair with premium detailing.

The MOU signing took place on March 5 at the KAPOS federation conference hall in Cheongju, North Chungcheong. B1 Bullsone Car Care CEO Kim Ok-su, KAPOS federation president Kang Sun-geun and representatives from both organizations attended the ceremony.

The agreement pairs B1 Bullsone Car Care’s professional detailing capabilities with KAPOS’s nationwide maintenance network and repair expertise—about 17,000 locations—to establish hubs offering integrated vehicle-care solutions that extend beyond routine maintenance.

Under the MOU, roughly 250 existing KAPOS shops will be renovated into hybrid "KAPOS X B1 Car Care" locations. The initiative will give customers across the country access to standardized, high-quality car-care services at reasonable prices.

B1 Bullsone Car Care plans to expand access to premium services by securing authorized dealer status with major automakers and partnering with mobile carrier membership programs to provide additional discounts.

The companies will also ramp up digital marketing to broaden customer touchpoints. In March, B1 Bullsone will launch a service-booking app that lets customers pre-book car washes, consumables and engine-oil changes to reduce wait times. Franchise owners can use the app to boost operational efficiency and standardize service delivery. The company will also introduce dedicated service vouchers on major open marketplaces, including KakaoTalk Gifts and Naver Shopping, to link online and offline channels.

To raise and equalize service quality, the partners will operate an annual training program. B1 Bullsone will invite top experts in blog marketing, washing and polishing to provide technical and management training to KAPOS members, strengthening their capabilities as premium car-care professionals.
