This year's program is built around three themes: a sweat-inducing Main Workout, the self-challenge \"Exercise King\" challenge, and an \"Exercise Prescription\" booth that helps participants develop personalized fitness plans.

From June 5–7 the event will move from Seoul Plaza to Ttukseom Hangang Park to coincide with the third \"Take It Easy Han River Tri-Festival,\" the city said.

The program will pause during the peak summer heat in July and August. Registration is available in advance on the official website, and walk-up registration is accepted on the day of each event.

Kim Myung-joo, director of Seoul's Tourism and Sports Bureau, told Yonhap News that \"Exercise at Seoul Plaza\" is an urban, after-work community sports program anyone can join without feeling burdened.
