JTBC aired the episode on the 5th, featuring Edward and Park competing with ingredients pulled from Tiffany’s refrigerator. With a party-food theme, Edward served a fruit bibimbap, while Park presented a meat cake topped with meringue alongside a chilled salad.

Edward riffed on Thailand’s mango sticky rice, folding coconut cream, honey, condensed milk, ricotta, lemon zest and juice, and a crack of black pepper into the cooked rice to build his bibimbap base.

Tiffany raised an eyebrow at the unexpected pairing, asking skeptically, “Would she really like this if it had all her favorite things?” Chef Choi Hyun-seok praised Edward’s flair, saying his magic lies in creating combinations that other Korean chefs might never think to try.

During the five-minute taste check, Kwon Seong-jun sampled Edward’s champagne gochujang and called it a bright, tangy sauce with a spicy kick. When Kwon reacted a bit flatly to Edward’s rice, the rest of the cast immediately launched into playful teasing.
