This stylish, modern home is turning heads with a cozy, livable design. The project renovated an aging 40 pyeong apartment in Taiwan (about 1,423 sq ft) to suit a young couple and their small child.

To solve issues with poor daylight, ventilation, and airflow, the team carried out major demolition work and reconfigured the main space into a clean, open layout. Now the living room and kitchen flow together as the home's heart, creating a relaxed family area for lounging, play, cooking, and dining.

The living room is layered with modern furniture, lighting, rugs, framed art, plants, and curated objects, giving it an elegant, showroom-like vibe that feels both polished and welcoming.
