[The Public=Reporter Yang Won-mo] LF, the lifestyle company, announced on the 6th that its young-casual accessories label JILL by JILLSTUART will run a pop-up at Musinsa Kix Seongsu through the 25th. The activation spotlights new summer sandals as the brand pushes to deepen its footwear lineup.
This summer, footwear trends are leaning into a Bohemian vibe. Instead of thin, flat silhouettes, shoppers are favoring chunkier, more voluminous shapes. Practicality is key too — styles that stay comfortable through long days are commanding attention.
Seongsu-dong in Seoul has recently become a hotspot for brand-experience pop-ups. JILL by JILLSTUART tapped into that momentum by opening its pop-up in Seongsu, a neighborhood buzzing with Millennials and Gen Z.
At the pop-up, the focus is on everyday sandals built for comfort. Many models use thick platform soles and shock-absorbing cushioned insoles to boost stability and all-day wearability.
The space is set up so customers can try the new pieces in person. The first-floor shop is open through the 25th, while the second-floor VP zone runs until the 31st. Visitors can check out ▲new sandals ▲flip-flops ▲loafers ▲fisherman sandals and more on site.
The store interior channels a fresh summer mood under the theme “Breeze Chaser.”
A JILL by JILLSTUART representative said, “We’re bringing the brand moments we’ve built online into offline spaces,” and added that the company will keep creating opportunities for consumers to try and experience products and styles firsthand.
Launched in 2008, JILL by JILLSTUART has established itself as a lifestyle label for people in their 20s and 30s, offering bags, shoes and accessories. The brand plans to continue a two-track online-offline strategy in the second half of the year, focusing on select shops and pop-ups.
