San Francisco Giants outfielder Lee Jung-hoo (27) delivered a three-hit night and gave his batting average a significant boost.

On April 17 (Korean time), Lee started in right field and hit fifth for the Giants at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati. He finished 3-for-4 with one RBI in the road game against the Cincinnati Reds during the 2026 MLB regular season.

Lee extended his hitting streak to three games, lifting his season average from 0.213 the day before to 0.246 (16-for-65).

It was his second three-hit game this season. He previously went 3-for-5 against the San Diego Padres on April 1.

Lee struck out in his first plate appearance with one out in the second inning. In the fifth, with one out and no runners, he drove a sixth-pitch slider from Reds starter Chase Burns into right field for a single.

With San Francisco leading 1-0 in the seventh, Lee came to the plate with two outs and a runner on second. He jumped on reliever Brock Burke's fourth-pitch sinker and ripped an RBI single to left.

After Brennan walked and moved Lee to second, Lee scored on Casey Schmitt's single to center, pushing the lead to 3-0.

Lee wasn't done. In the ninth, with one out and nobody on, he turned Sam Moll's sweeper into a single to center for his third hit of the game.

Lee's performance helped the Giants beat the Reds 3-0 and snap a four-game losing streak.
