[Sports Today reporter Kang Tae-gu] Paju Frontier FC, sitting seventh in K League 2 with nine points, is energizing its local community through a corporate partnership called the \"Goal Project\" with Domisol Foods.

This season, Paju signed an official sponsorship agreement with Domisol Foods and launched the Goal Project, which deposits 500,000 KRW (approximately $375) into a club fund for every goal scored in K League 2 matches. As the club’s main sponsor, Domisol contributes that amount each time Paju scores at home. Paju has been efficient in front of goal, averaging 1.67 goals through six league matches, and recently notched its 10th goal of the season—bringing the cumulative fund to 5,000,000 KRW (approximately $3,750).

The accumulated funds will be converted into Domisol kimchi and distributed to vulnerable residents in the Paju area at year-end. Domisol Foods also supplies freshly made kimchi directly to the Paju NFC dining hall used by the players, supporting their nutrition. By acting as a hands-on partner at the team table, the company has strengthened its relationship with the club.

Park Mi-hee, CEO of Domisol Foods, said, \"I'm proud that the goals our players fight for on the field will be delivered as delicious kimchi and hope to neighbors in need. I sincerely hope Paju’s aggressive style yields even more results so we can give back generously at the end of the year.\"

Hwang Bo-gwan, Paju’s general manager, added, \"Knowing that goals translate into acts of giving is a big motivator for our players. We'll keep playing exciting, attacking football so we can bring even more warmth to fans and the community by year’s end.\"

Domisol Foods, which modernized a fourth-generation family recipe to recreate a mother's homemade flavor, was named an official supplier to the Korea Football Association in 2011 and supplied premium kimchi to the South Korea national team training center through 2022. The company now leads the home-shopping kimchi category in both sales and repurchase rates, reflecting strong consumer support.
