Around 12:20 p.m. on the 11th, four vehicles collided inside the Chugok Tunnel in Gancheok-ri, Gandong-myeon, Hwacheon County, Gangwon Province.
The crash occurred when a Kia Seltos driven by a person in their 20s, identified as A, crossed the center line and struck other vehicles, including a Hyundai Grandeur and a Kia Sorento.
The Grandeur's driver, B (a 69-year-old woman), and the Sorento's driver, C (60), were injured and were taken to a nearby hospital by emergency services (119).
Police are investigating the exact circumstances of the accident.
