U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance is traveling to Pakistan for talks aimed at ending hostilities with Iran, and he said he expects constructive, results-oriented negotiations.
Before boarding his plane on the 10th local time, Vance told reporters, "If Iran demonstrates a willingness to negotiate in good faith, we stand ready to extend a hand."
He warned, "If they try to play games with us, they will find the United States is not so accommodating."
Vance added that President Trump has provided clear guidelines and that he intends to pursue productive talks.
