[EPN Enpinau reporter Seo Hye-bin] Soyou delves deeper into her emotions on her third EP, 'Off Hours.'

At 6 p.m. on the 29th, Soyou will release her third EP, Off Hours, across major online music platforms and begin promotional activities.

The album centers on carving out time for oneself amid a hectic life. It captures the feelings and inner narratives she experiences as an individual rather than solely as a musician. Early track previews and the teaser for the title song "Girl" set the mood for the record and raised expectations.

In the teaser, Soyou crafts a chic, confident image with bold styling and sleek direction. With just a jacket and sunglasses, she makes a strong impression and leaves viewers curious about the full music video.

The title track "Girl" is an indie-pop number that blends dry drums, synths and rhythmic guitar. Soyou co-wrote the lyrics and uses the line "I am not a cool girl" to candidly express her inner emotions.

Since joining Magic Strawberry Sound last year, Soyou has broadened her musical range with releases like "See Through" and the OST "Tonight" for ENA's Monday–Tuesday drama "Scarecrow." With this EP, she aims to reveal an even more expansive musical world.

The release package includes concept photos, a 72-page photobook, photocards and four-photo strips, enhancing the album's overall appeal.

Soyou's third EP, Off Hours, will be available at 6 p.m. on the 29th.
