[The Public—Reporter Kim Mi-hee] Ottogi has introduced three new Reduced-Sugar Rice Cupcakes under its LIGHT&JOY light-food line: Chocolate, Sweet Banana and Cheese.
The company says these rice cupcakes contain more than 30% less sugar than its previous rice-cupcake offerings. They’re made with Korean rice flour instead of wheat, so they’re gluten-free.
Available in Chocolate, Cheese and Sweet Banana, each cup is ready in about a minute—just add an egg and microwave. If you prefer a crisper finish, you can also cook them in an air fryer.
The three Reduced-Sugar Rice Cupcakes are available on Ottogi Mall and through various online and offline retailers.
