[RealFood=Reporter Yook Sung-yeon] South Korea's Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and the Korean Food Promotion Institute are hosting the March Korean Food Concert on March 27 at 2 p.m. at Hansik Culture Space Ieum in Jongno District, Seoul.

The speaker is Lee Bo-eun, co-founder of the farmers' market Marche and leader of the market operators' group, Marche Friends. Lee started the urban farmers' market Marche and has helped build a culture where growers and consumers meet and connect directly.

The concert will explore a fresh approach to gastronomy, focusing on the value of food that takes production methods, the environment, and human relationships into account. Anyone interested in food and culinary culture is welcome to attend.
