Kellogg announced on the 30th that it’s launching "Kellogg’s Omniscient Breakfast Check," a program that analyzes real photos of consumers’ breakfasts and offers personalized nutrition feedback.
This interactive program invites anyone to snap a single photo of their morning meal and get one-on-one nutrition advice from experts—an easy, low-pressure way to check your eating habits.
Part of Kellogg’s "Cereal Really" campaign, the initiative focuses on practical guidance based on actual breakfasts people eat. Any everyday morning meal qualifies—whether it’s something you ate at home, a quick convenience-store pick on the commute, or a drink from a café.
Running roughly four weeks, from the 1st through the 28th of next month, the program is simple to join: photograph your breakfast, post it to your Instagram feed or Story, and tag Kellogg’s official account.
The feedback goes beyond a basic score. Nutrition experts will highlight what’s working in your meal and suggest realistic ways to fill any gaps. They’ll evaluate balance across food groups—carbohydrates, protein, vegetables, fruit, and dairy—and recommend practical steps for improvement. During the program, Kellogg will also showcase standout submissions as "special feedback" content.
Yongshin Kim, director of R&D Nutrition at Kellogg, said the program was designed to look at people’s everyday breakfasts as they are—not at picture-perfect spreads. He hopes that a casually shared photo will draw useful expert input and inspire folks to rethink and refine their morning routines.
