Chinese cuisine royalty is descending on Palseon, the Seoul Shilla Hotel’s elegant Chinese restaurant.
From April 28–30, the Seoul Shilla Hotel will present the "Tang Court & Palseon Gourmet Collaboration," a celebration of Cantonese cooking brought to Palseon in partnership with Tang Court, the Michelin three-star restaurant at The Langham in Hong Kong.
Answering a growing appetite for authentic Chinese flavors, Palseon teamed up with Hong Kong’s long-established Tang Court and invited its executive chef, Wong Chi Fai, to bring those tastes to Seoul.
Tang Court has held three Michelin stars since 2016 — a decade of recognition that makes it Hong Kong’s longest-running three-star Cantonese restaurant.
Wong Chi Fai has worked at Tang Court for more than 20 years and has led the kitchen as executive chef since 2022.
Over the three-day event, diners will enjoy an eight-course menu. Executive Chef Jang Geum-seung will open the meal with an amuse-bouche, followed by Tang Court signatures such as a grilled crab shell filled with crab meat, onion and cream sauce, and fresh lobster wok-tossed with scallions, red onion and shallots.
Reservations opened on March 10 and can be made through the Seoul Shilla Hotel website or the Shilla Hotel mobile app.
