Dining Brands Group’s premium Hanwoo dining concept, Changgo 43, is turning up the heat on the high-end dining scene with a Mollydooker Pairing Week. Through June 30, the restaurant is offering two standout Mollydooker reds at 20% off and showcasing thoughtfully curated pairings with signature dishes like its 500-hour aged striploin. Paired with a beef-voucher giveaway, the promotion is aimed at redefining what luxury dining feels like.

On the 13th, Changgo 43 announced the Mollydooker Pairing Week, which features specially priced bottles from the acclaimed Australian winery.

Go Byunghwan, head of Changgo 43 at Dining Brands Group, says the event was crafted to elevate the Hanwoo experience by matching the restaurant’s premium beef with carefully selected wines.

“We hope Changgo 43’s wine pairings help make any gathering feel more special and refined,” he said.

The promotion is built to amplify the flavor and juiciness of Changgo 43’s uniquely aged premium Hanwoo, delivering a more polished dining experience for guests.

The event runs from the 1st through June 30 and discounts two of Mollydooker’s signature red wines by 20%.

During the promotion, Mollydooker Blue Eyed Boy is available for a special price of ₩128,000 (about $96). Mollydooker The Boxer, normally ₩99,000, is discounted to ₩79,000 (about $59).

Both wines pair beautifully with Changgo 43’s flagship 500-hour aged striploin and its Seolhwa sirloin, creating a balanced, luxurious bite.

In celebration of Family Month, Changgo 43 is also running a Family Dining Promotion from the 1st through June 14: on weekends and public holidays, guests who spend at least ₩250,000 (about $188) receive a Changgo Special (150g) beef voucher.

Mollydooker bottles its wines with a nitrogen charge to preserve freshness. Before serving, staff invert and shake the bottle to release nitrogen and let the wine meet oxygen — a “nitrogen shake” that helps the wine open up and reveal its true character.

At Changgo 43, servers perform the nitrogen shake tableside, offering a bit of theater while maximizing the wine’s aroma and flavor.

Both Blue Eyed Boy and The Boxer have repeatedly earned scores above 95 from renowned critic Robert Parker, helping to fuel the mid-2000s Australian Shiraz craze and earning cult status.

With alcohol levels around 15–16% and a bold, intense profile, these wines are especially effective at cutting through the rich fat of Changgo 43’s highly marbled 1++ Hanwoo, making them an ideal match.
