[iNews24 reporter Park Eun-kyung] Ambassador Seoul Pullman Hotel is serving up a Berry Glow Afternoon Tea Set at The Lounge & Bar — available through June 30, the hotel announced on the 20th.
Stacked on a three-tier tray, the Berry Glow Afternoon Tea Set brims with berry-forward desserts and savory bites. Highlights include a blueberry scone with clotted cream and strawberry jam, and the set comes with two seasonal beverages.
The savory selection features a raspberry crab-caviar cup, a berry abalone sandwich, foie gras with a blackberry truffle, red shrimp and berry mille-feuille, and a raspberry tuna mosaic. On the sweet side, you’ll find a Tonga berry sand cookie, mixed berry chocolate bonbon, blueberry Opalys mousse, blueberry éclair, cherry chocolate tart, bokbunja (Korean black raspberry) savarin mousse, blueberry cheese mousse, and blueberry panna cotta.
There are three seasonal drinks to choose from: a raspberry whipped latte, a blueberry marble milkshake, and an omija (Korean five-flavor berry) chamomile sparkling. Guests can select two beverages per set, including coffee or tea, and the seasonal drinks are also available à la carte.
