[SPOTV News = Reporter Kim Won-gyeom] Singer and actress Nam Gyu-ri is set to release a remake titled 'Love's Greeting 2026' at 6 p.m. on April 19. A behind-the-scenes clip she posted to her YouTube channel, Nam Gyu-ri's Gyulmeong, is generating buzz.
Ahead of the single, Nam uploaded a video titled "Ep.43 Gyuri’s 2026 Greeting of Love | Behind the Music Video Shoot of the Song I Longed to Sing" to her Gyulmeong channel, revealing a shoot full of unexpected transformations.
In the clip, Nam pairs a pure white wedding veil with jeans in a striking hybrid look, racing through the city center and presenting a near-flawless romance-fantasy — or "ropan" — goddess image that commands attention.
At Eulwangri Beach, filmed in a yellow dress, she is shown casually taking a bite of a hot dog in an unpretentious eating scene. The video also shares a charming behind-the-scenes trick: staffers tossed Shrimp Crackers (Saewookkang), a popular Korean snack, to coax a dramatic flock of seagulls for an iconic shot.
During the demanding shoot schedule, hunger got the better of her, and Nam improvised a playful samgyeopsal (pork belly) ditty with the line "Samgyeopsal—eat me every day," a spontaneous moment that left fans laughing.
Near the end of the video, viewers are treated to a surprise behind-the-scenes look at Nam’s guest appearance on actor Park Hyo-jun’s YouTube channel, Burger Hyung.
At a campsite, the two grilled the samgyeopsal they’d been craving and sang both 'Love's Greeting 2026' and the viral 'Samgyeopsal Song' together, showing tight camaraderie and comedic chemistry.
In a video message, Park greeted fans warmly: "Hello, Gyulbyeol followers. This is Burger Hyung. Thank you for loving Gyuri."
He added, "Talking with Nam Gyu-ri, I found her very pure and refreshing — today felt precious. If I ever appear on Gyulmeong, please give me lots of love and leave good comments. I’ll see you on Gyulmeong soon," teasing a future appearance and raising fans' expectations.
Building on the channel's momentum, 'Love's Greeting 2026,' due at 6 p.m. on April 19, reinterprets SeeYa's nationwide 2007 hit with a fresh, 2026-ready sound.
The music video received a content-rating classification of "sexually suggestive." The production team opted to accept that rating and release the video without re-editing in order to preserve its bold mood and artistic integrity — a decision likely to spark conversation across the music industry.
Earlier, Nam’s original group SeeYa demonstrated significant reach when their full-group pre-release track 'Even So, We' shot to No. 1 on the charts immediately after release and the group appeared on JTBC's Newsroom.
Nam Gyu-ri's updated solo remake 'Love's Greeting 2026,' both the single and the full music video, will be released at 6 p.m. on April 19.
