[Digital Today AI Reporter] Procter & Gamble's men's grooming brand Old Spice has launched a Mario-themed fragrance collection to celebrate the release of the Super Mario Galaxy movie.
Tech outlet TechRadar reported on the collaboration on the 9th (local time). The lineup includes deodorant sticks, body sprays, shampoo and body lotion — a full grooming range that captures the playful spirit of the Mario universe across five distinct scents, with Cosmic Quest leading the pack.
Cosmic Quest, featuring imagery of Mario soaring through space, anchors the collection. It pairs dewy citrus top notes with a woody musk base for a fresh, clean vibe that channels Mario's energetic charm, evoking a similar feel to Old Spice's popular Whitewater scent. Old Spice says it designed the fragrance by imagining what the legendary plumber might actually smell like.
Other character-driven scents round out the range: Desert Detour embodies Luigi, Castle Crush captures Princess Peach's bright, floral aura, Brooklyn Bounce gives Yoshi a tropical twist, and Space Mischief nods to Bowser Jr.'s mischievous personality. Each product is adorned with vibrant movie artwork that highlights the characters' personalities.
The collection is available now at U.S. retailers, with prices starting at $7.97 (about 11,720 KRW). Produced in limited quantities to coincide with the film's release, it's expected to sell out quickly — giving Mario fans one more collectible to get excited about.
