Lexus is bringing five striking installations to Milan Design Week 2026 — the world’s biggest design event — taking place in Milan from April 21–26.
Set in Daylight Hall at Superstudio Più in the heart of Tortona — Milan’s creative hotspot — Lexus will debut SPACE, an immersive installation from the Lexus Creative Initiative, alongside four collaborative works from Discover Together 2026, created with emerging talents (including Lexus’ in-house teams).
Since day one, Lexus has upended expectations about luxury — never copying, always reimagining. The brand keeps pushing boundaries across products and services to craft fresh experiences that celebrate the small moments its customers live for.
This year’s installation, SPACE, channels that restless spirit. Centered on the new flagship Lexus LS Concept, it investigates how “space” defines a modern luxury lifestyle.
We’re shifting from a car-centered era to a mobility era that celebrates freedom of movement and enriches everyday life. Commuting, work, and leisure will blend more seamlessly, letting people shape their days around personal priorities. Mobility will evolve from merely getting you to a destination into an experience that moves people and transforms space — a new way of thinking about motion you can encounter in SPACE.
Launched last year, Discover Together invites emerging creators who share Lexus’ vision to interpret the brand’s philosophy through original pieces that propose fresh values. At Milan Design Week 2026, Lexus will present these works under the theme Discover Your Space, using the LS Concept as a common motif for immersive explorations of spatial possibility.
The 2026 lineup includes Kyotaro Hayashi & Yumi Kurotani (Japan), Guardini Ciupreda Studio (Italy), Random Studio (Netherlands), and a collaborative team of Lexus in-house designers and veteran Japanese craftsmen (Japan).
