A 'modern house' designed so the family can enjoy time together draws attention with its distinctive, well-considered spatial design. In Taiwan, KC Design Studio remodeled a 48 pyeong (approximately 1,708 sq ft) apartment to fit the family's tastes and lifestyle, creating a warm, comfortable home where the family can share happy moments.

A focal point is the raised floor-seating area, built solidly from cement and glass blocks. The sun-filled interior is finished with microcement for a clean, durable surface; wood, cement and glass-block flooring are then installed in their respective zones, producing a refined, stylish atmosphere.
