Chang & Company Co., Ltd., a hair-care specialist, announced on the 10th that it has signed a product supply agreement with Indonesian beauty distribution platform Sociolla.

Under the deal, Chang & Company's hair-care label Brioderme will roll out to about 160 Sociolla brick-and-mortar stores across Indonesia and on the platform's online marketplace. The launch includes three scalp-care staples: a scalp shampoo, a conditioner, and a scalp spray.

Sociolla runs both physical stores and a mobile shopping platform in Indonesia. With this agreement, Chang & Company secures a distribution foothold in the Southeast Asian market.

Indonesia — home to roughly 280 million people — has seen growing demand for Korean beauty products. The deal represents one of Brioderme's initial moves into overseas distribution.

Founded in 2025, Brioderme builds on the \"skinification\" concept by treating the scalp like skin and offering derma-grade haircare. The brand is notable for applying skincare ingredients to scalp treatments.

Brioderme's lineup, launched in February, targets scalp health and hair-loss concerns. Its formulas blend a mineral-fermentation ingredient called Ricebiotics™ with tea tree–derived 4-Terpineol to soothe, hydrate, and improve overall scalp condition.

According to the brand, the Anti Hair Loss & Dandruff Scalp Shampoo produced human-trial data from the Probeum Clinical Skin Research Center (registration number: PM-25N07-C0073) showing improvements in dandruff and scalp itching. The formula includes plant-derived ingredients such as soybean germ extract and is scented with rosemary and cedarwood.

A Chang & Company spokesperson said the company plans to expand its international distribution channels, starting with Indonesia.

Brioderme hair-care products are currently sold through the brand's official Naver Smart Store.
