Choi Yoon-hong, who is running for Busan superintendent of education, stressed the importance of expanding learning into everyday life.

On the afternoon of the 11th, Choi posted on social media that he had attended Rep. Kim Dae-sik’s second-anniversary event and book signing. “I saw how books can naturally bring citizens together and foster communication,” he wrote.

He added, “Learning gains strength when it extends beyond fixed spaces into daily life. These kinds of experiences can lead to individual growth and social change.”

Choi said he would develop concrete education policies that connect learning to everyday life and emphasized, “We will let results speak for the changes in Busan’s education.”
