[Sports Today reporter Im Si-ryeong] Singer Hwasa stopped by \"Mind Pharmacy,\" a popular segment of MBC’s long-running children’s show \"Bbo Bbo Joah Joah.\"

On the 10th, MBC said Hwasa set aside her usual stage persona for the program, taking time to tap into the child within and meet the kids at eye level.

That day, Hwasa joined Ppomi Sister and Pposhigi Uncle to read storybooks, sing songs and play at the playground, even taking part in \"Mugunghwa kkot-i pieotseumnida\" — the Korean version of Red Light, Green Light — letting loose like one of the children. True to the concept of \"Mind Pharmacy,\" the segment used the kids’ unguarded innocence to help the adult guest reconnect with her inner child. Staffers said Hwasa’s playful energy with the children warmed everyone on set.

After wrapping the shoot, Hwasa said appearing on \"Bbo Bbo\" in person was especially moving because she grew up watching the show. \"Filming with the children filled me with bright, pure energy,\" she said, adding that she hopes viewers pick up on that same lively spirit.

The MBC episode \"Bbo Bbo Joah Joah — Mind Pharmacy,\" which spotlights Hwasa’s sunny charm and her sweet chemistry with the children, will air on the 23rd.
