Designed for families with kids and multigenerational getaways
Lotte Hotel Jeju is launching two family-focused offerings — a playful Hello Kitty–themed kids room and a spacious pool villa — aiming to better segment and serve family travelers. The two-track approach separately targets families with young children and multigenerational groups. On May 4, Lotte Hotel Jeju announced two new room packages created for Family Month.
The Hello Kitty Camellia Edition pairs a Hello Kitty–themed room with breakfast for two adults and one child. Guests receive an exclusive hotel-only Hello Kitty camellia plush and a 20% discount on the children's sports club Champion R. Stays of two nights or more include one complimentary voucher for the ACE Kids Program, which offers hands-on activities like gingerbread-house and key-ring making. Booking and stay periods run through Dec. 31.
The hotel also rolled out a Multi-Generation Pool Villa package for three-generation families and larger households. The package allows up to six guests to stay in the pool villa suite, thanks to extra-occupancy benefits. The suite is equipped with an infinity-edge pool, a canopy, and sunbeds to create a private, resort-style retreat.
In-room dining is part of the package. Guests can choose the Jooansang Set, which offers either a wine-and-cheese platter or Korean dishes such as stir-fried black pork, jeon (Korean pancakes), and spicy seafood jjambbong. Reservations are open through Aug. 31, and stays are valid through Sept. 1.
A Lotte Hotel Jeju spokesperson said the hotel designed the packages to meet demand from families traveling with children and extended families at the same time.
