Hyundai Mobis Tops March 2026 Automotive Parts Brand Reputation: What This Means for EV and Hybrid Markets

[Reporter Choi Hyung-seok] In a March 2026 brand-reputation survey of publicly traded auto parts suppliers, Hyundai Mobis took the top spot.

The Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute said it analyzed 42,543,387 data points for 110 listed domestic auto-parts brands from Feb. 10 to Mar. 10 and found Hyundai Mobis ranked first in brand reputation. The analysis scope increased 21.62% from 34,980,210 in the previous month.

March’s brand-reputation rankings were: Hyundai Mobis, Hanon Systems, HL Mando, Hyundai Wia, Hankook Tire & Technology, Kumho Tire, SL, Mobase Electronics, Kyeyang Electric, Sungwoo Hitech, Nexen Tire, Hwashin, Seoyon E-Hwa, Samki and DN Automotive.

Hyundai Mobis posted a participation index of 369,520; a media index of 1,584,235; a communication index of 713,617; a community index of 1,401,622; and a market index of 5,526,133, for a combined brand-reputation score of 9,595,127 — up 1.80% from 9,425,532 the month before.

Hanon Systems ranked second with a brand-reputation score of 3,050,819, a 120.96% jump from 1,380,698 the previous month. HL Mando placed third with 2,566,282, up 9.37% from 2,346,342.

Hyundai Wia recorded 2,056,016, a 20.67% increase, while Hankook Tire & Technology rose 17.21% to 1,552,031.

Koo Chang-hwan, head of the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, said the volume of big data for listed auto-parts brands in March increased 21.62% from the previous month. He noted detailed indicators rose as follows: brand consumption 45.11%, brand issues 39.08%, brand communication 22.99%, brand diffusion 17.54% and brand market 5.60%.
