Kia unveiled specifications and pricing for its significantly upgraded eco-friendly SUV, 'The New Niro,' and said it will begin taking orders on the 10th. Based on the second-generation model that debuted in January 2022, the New Niro is a mid-cycle refresh introduced roughly four years later. Kia refined the design, added a broad suite of modern safety and convenience features, and achieved a segment-leading combined fuel economy of 20.2 km/ℓ (about 47.5 mpg US), boosting its competitive appeal. The New Niro was on display March 9 at Layers Studio in Mapo-gu, Seoul.
