[RealFood — Reporter Seong-yeon Yook] The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and the Korean Food Promotion Institute will present the March Korean Food Concert at 2 p.m. on March 27 at Eum Korean Food Culture Space in Jongno-gu, Seoul.

The speaker is Lee Bo-eun, co‑founder of the Marche farmers' market and CEO of Marche Friends, a collective that runs farmer-led markets. Lee launched the urban Marche to foster direct, meaningful connections between growers and city consumers.

The concert will explore a fresh approach to gastronomy that considers production methods, environmental impact, and the relationships between people. It’s open to anyone curious about food and culinary culture.

Registration opens from the 18th via the Korean Food Promotion Institute’s website.

The Korean Food Concert is a monthly humanities series held at Eum Korean Food Culture Space, each session exploring a different theme. The series is presented by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and the Korean Food Promotion Institute.
