[The Guru=Reporter Kim Eun-bi] Hyundai Motor’s compact electric SUV, the Inster (sold in Korea as the Casper Electric), is set to be a highlight at this year’s Milan Fashion Week. Hyundai will present the Inster as a stylish blend of K‑electric vehicles and K‑fashion to strengthen its global brand identity.
Hyundai announced on the 26th that the Inster will serve as the official vehicle for \"Milano Loves Seoul,\" hosted at Palazzo Bovara (Corso Venezia 51) in Milan from the 28th through the 3rd of next month.
Part of Milan Fashion Week, \"Milano Loves Seoul\" spotlights Korean-made fashion, beauty and cultural design. This year’s theme, \"Seoul Sensibility: Refined Fashion, Pure Beauty,\" will be showcased by emerging designers.
At the event, Hyundai plans to use the Inster to emphasize its Korean roots and commitment to sustainability. The automaker will highlight the innovative seat fabric made from recycled PET bottles as a concrete example of its upcycling efforts.
Hyundai has created a dedicated exhibition space for the Inster. Inside the transparent dome of Sala Inster, the company will reinterpret Korean sensibility through Hyundai’s design language. The program includes masterclasses that explore the Inster’s development and creative design philosophy, plus curated photo sessions for visitors to share on social media.
Hyundai says it will continue to introduce innovative designs infused with sustainability to further strengthen its brand image.
Under its \"Progress for Humanity\" vision, Hyundai is committed to transforming mobility into a sustainable model. The company’s initiatives include Re:Style, which turns its own waste into sustainable fashion, and collaborations with Amsterdam Fashion Week.
