In the episode that aired on the 30th, KBS Joy's Ask Us Anything featured a 23-year-old client who said she couldn't bring herself to break up with a man 17 years her senior after he concealed his divorce and the fact that he has a child.
The client said she had been dating the man for four months and that he had hidden both his divorce and whether he had a child. She admitted she didn't want to end the relationship and asked what she should do, noting the 17-year age gap.
She said she met him through a secondhand marketplace site and that she travels two hours by subway to see him on weekends.
She added that she discovered messages between him and an unfamiliar woman. When she confronted him, he said the woman was his ex-wife. After secretly looking through his phone, she found photos of him with his ex and their son — they still referred to each other as \"honey.\" He reportedly told her that his ex cheated when their child was three, which led to their divorce.
Seo Jang-hoon and Lee Soo-geun reacted with skepticism, asking, \"How do you know that? Do you believe everything he tells you?\" They advised her that, from their perspective, he was unlikely to marry her and urged her to end the relationship and value herself.
