[EPN NPNOW reporter Go Nari] On April 12, the KBS2 drama I Prescribe Love featured a scene in which Jin Se-yeon and Park Ki-woong’s characters confirmed their feelings for one another.
Gong Joo-ah (Jin Se-yeon) visited Yang Hyun-bin (Park Ki-woong) and admitted that her previous expressions of regret had not been sincere. Yang responded by emphasizing that Gong Joo-ah was his first love and his most precious person, laying his heart on the line.
The pair sealed their emotions with a heartfelt kiss. Yang then suggested meeting his parents, but Gong Joo-ah remained cautious, creating a tense standoff.
Meanwhile, Gong Joo-ah’s mother, Han Seong-mi (Yu Ho-jung), mistakenly assumed an overnight absence and invited Park Jun-hyuk (Han Seung-won) to the house. Park Jun-hyuk’s composed greeting only stoked Yang Hyun-bin’s jealousy.
The supporting cast also shone. Gong Dae-han (Choi Dae-cheol) and Yang Dong-sook (Jo Mi-ryung) carried on a secret romance that provided comic relief. Gong Dae-han even jolted Yang Dong-sook when he joked, "We went to a motel, so you have to take responsibility and marry me."
The pair’s public displays of affection at a movie theater were abruptly interrupted when Oh Jin-ah (Kim Min-ah) and Jung Ki-beom (Hong Jin-gi) caught them, prompting more laughs.
As the episode drew to a close, tension mounted around a concealed birth secret. Choi Min-seo (Park Ri-won) began boarding at Cha Se-ri’s (So Yi-hyun) home while tutoring her, and Cha Se-ri coolly requested documentation as part of a background check.
Later, while tidying the room, Cha Se-ri stepped away just before she could discover a childhood photo of Choi Min-seo, amplifying viewers’ curiosity. The fact that a biological daughter may be living under the same roof, yet remains unrecognized, set the stage for next week’s episode.
