Actor Kwon Sang-woo and Son Tae-young’s son, Kwon Ruk-hee, is drawing attention for his athletic build and chiseled features.
On March 10, Ruk-hee uploaded several photos to his social media accounts with no caption. One image shows him standing next to his father, Kwon Sang-woo. Ruk-hee maintained a cool, almost aloof expression, but his idol-like looks—clearly echoing both Son Tae-young and Kwon Sang-woo—stood out. In contrast, Kwon appeared in a gray jacket and burgundy sweater, projecting a more mature, refined presence while Ruk-hee opted for sporty attire.
After the post went live, fans flooded the comments with praise, saying things like “pure celebrity DNA,” “They say sons don’t always live up to handsome dads, but not this family,” and “He inherited his mom’s beauty and his dad’s charisma.”
Kwon Sang-woo and Son Tae-young married in 2008, welcomed a son the following year, and had a daughter in 2015. Ruk-hee is currently living in New Jersey with his mother and younger sister, balancing school with commitments to his soccer team. Kwon Sang-woo is spending time apart from his family as a gireogi, or “goose,” dad to support his children’s education.
