Porsche Korea announced on April 7 that it has launched the new 911 Turbo S, the flagship of the 911 lineup, in South Korea.

The new 911 Turbo S is offered in two variants — coupe and cabriolet — with customer deliveries set to begin next month.

The model is powered by a newly developed high‑performance powertrain that delivers a combined system output of 711 hp and peak torque of 81.6 kg·m (about 591 lb·ft), making it the most powerful production 911 to date. A lightweight T-HYBE lead system in a 400‑volt architecture raises output by 61 hp over the previous generation. The car accelerates from a standstill to 62 mph (0–100 km/h) in 2.5 seconds and has a top speed of 322 km/h (about 200 mph).

Notably, Porsche combines two electrically driven exhaust turbos with a new 3.6‑liter boxer engine for sharper response. On the Nürburgring Nordschleife the new Turbo S recorded a lap time of 7:03.92 — roughly 14 seconds faster than its predecessor.

The tire specification has been updated as well. The rear axle now runs on wider 325/30 ZR 21 tires (10 mm wider than before), while the front retains the 255/35 ZR 20 tires.

For both track work and everyday driving, Porsche fitted the car with electronic‑hydraulic Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (ehPDCC), Porsche Traction Management (PTM) all‑wheel drive, and Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) to ensure stability and control.

The exterior receives several Turbo‑specific design cues. The Turbo‑only color "Turbo Night" is applied to the crest, the rear 'Turbo S' lettering and the rear wing slats. Compared with Carrera models, the Turbo S features a wider body and track, rear‑side air intakes, and a titanium exhaust system.

Inside, Turbo Night accents continue the theme. Carbon‑structured trim strips paired with neodymium trim and a perforated ultra‑microfiber headliner complete the cockpit. The car comes with adaptive 18‑way Sport Seats Plus; the headrests are embossed with 'Turbo S.' The Turbo S‑specific embossing on the seat surfaces and door panels is a contemporary nod to the original 911 Turbo 930 design.

Lighting and driver aids have been upgraded as well. Tinted HD Matrix LED headlights are standard. The car also includes the Sport Chrono package with tire temperature readout, PASM suspension, PDCC electronic‑hydraulic roll support and a titanium sport exhaust.

Personalization is available through Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur, with more than 100 exterior colors, a carbon lightweight roof, carbon wiper arms and numerous interior customization options ranging from stitching to the vehicle key.

The new 911 Turbo S is priced, including VAT, at 342,700,000 KRW for the coupe and 358,900,000 KRW for the cabriolet (approximately $257,025 and $269,175, respectively).
