YouTuber Kim Sun-tae, nicknamed the \"Chungju Man,\" basically showed how on-the-ground communication is done on a college campus. He previously broadened local promotion through Chungju City's official YouTube channel, ChungTV. This time, he brought hundreds of cups of coffee to meet students in person—turning online buzz into real-world engagement.

Kim recently shared photos from the coffee giveaway at the Korea National University of Transportation's Chungju campus on his social media. In the shots, he’s standing in front of an outdoor booth with his arms open, greeting students. Hundreds of iced coffees with straws are lined up on the table, with boxes of extra drinks stacked nearby. Students gathered to grab a cup.

He encouraged participation with a caption that read, \"800 coffees left at the Transportation University — come quickly.\" The light, playful promo around the giveaway helped it catch attention online as well.

The event carried extra meaning because it took place in Chungju, where Kim once worked as a public servant. He drew notice for running ChungTV and turning municipal promotional content into widely appealing material.

Kim left his civil service job in February and launched a personal YouTube channel to pursue content creation full time. After the Korea National University of Transportation event, he reportedly held another giveaway at Konkuk University in Seoul.
