On May 3, Wonpil staged the third and final performance of his solo concert, WONPIL SOLO CONCERT Unpiltered, at Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Songpa-gu, Seoul. It was his first solo appearance in about four years and two months since his debut solo concert, Pilmography, in March 2022.
He opened the show with \"Toxic Love\" and \"I've Become an Adult.\"
Wonpil then addressed the crowd, introducing himself as DAY6's Wonpil and noting that this was his second solo concert. \"Tonight is the final night of the Unpiltered run — I wish it weren't ending,\" he said. \"Have MyDay — our fandom — enjoyed the Unpiltered album since its release? This will be an album I won't forget.\"
He said the concert's title comes from his first mini-album, Unpiltered, and that the performance was meant to present him unvarnished. \"You'll see many new sides of me tonight,\" he said. \"MyDay knows the image I'm known for, but that's not the whole story. I'm rougher around the edges; I'm not always smiling or playing cute. I'll keep showing different facets of myself. There are many more songs to come, so I hope you'll keep enjoying the show.\"
He explained his choice for the opening tracks. \"While making Unpiltered, I kept coming back to 'Toxic Love' and felt it worked perfectly as the opener. Given the concert's title, I decided to lead with it — did it work?\" On \"I've Become an Adult,\" he added, \"My favorite song changes, but this one still might be my top pick. Many of the thoughts I've been wrestling with found their way into that song while preparing this album. I have a lot more songs and stories to share tonight. This is just the opening; I'll reveal them one by one.\"
